Solar plexus chakra, also navel chakra - Manipura, 3rd chakra positively affects complex emotions, personal power, suppresses fear, influences opinions. Its color is yellow, it symbolizes optimism, enlightenment, warmth and clarity. Yellow is the color of the incoming and intensifying rays of the sun and the warmth it brings with it. It is the color of people born in the days of the beginning of summer, in the period from June 22 to July 22, i.e. in the sign of Cancer. It is therefore the color of the middle of the year, the successful start of a new journey, promises and fulfilled promises and "sunny" optimism.

The third chakra is the seat of emotions - anger, fear, guilt, selfishness, unhealthy desires. It is assigned to the element of fire, which means heat, energy, activity. The solar chakra represents our power center. It is the area from which emotional energy emanates from our body.
With the third chakra, we perceive the direct vibrations of other people. For example, when we sense impending danger, the chakra contracts, which is a defense mechanism. It doesn't happen if we have a lot of light in us that creates a protective envelope around us.

With the proper functioning of the third chakra, we are vital, we live in inner and outer harmony, and we are able to express our feelings and emotions. We have a sense of peace, inner harmony, we are satisfied with our position in life. With one-sided influence or faulty function, we feel fear, imbalance, timidity, we are tired and frustrated, but we also have an effort to influence everything.
