Accepting orders with delivery by Christmas
Dear customers,
the last day for receiving orders with delivery by Christmas in our store is THURSDAY 15.12.2016 until 2:00 p.m., only with PPL and Czech Post transport. When choosing transport via the Uloženka system and DPD, we can no longer guarantee delivery by Christmas. If delivery by Christmas is essential to you, we strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND SHIPPING by LUZENKA and DPD! Delivery before Christmas only applies to goods that are in stock!
Both of these carriers have already announced a significant delay in the delivery of shipments, with the last day for receipt with a limited delivery guarantee being Friday 12/16/2016.
Orders received by Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day.
Orders received from 15.12.2016 2:01 p.m. will be dispatched gradually from 4.1.2017.
Important information:
Our shop is closed from 15.12.2016 from 14:00 until 3.1.2017.
During this period, we are accepting orders with the understanding that we will ship them gradually from Wednesday 4 January 2016. However, we will not be present on the phone, email or Facebook Messenger. We will fully attend to your messages, requests, etc. from January 4, 2017.
How to proceed in the event of a delayed shipment or a claim for damaged package contents:
In this case, immediately contact the carrier you chose when placing the order. Responsibility for the timely delivery of undamaged goods is the responsibility of the carrier, not our store, which only orders the transport for you from the carrier. Although we would like to help you, the fastest way to a solution is your contact with the carrier.
