Delivery of goods
Free shipping on purchases over 1,000 CZK
If you buy goods from us for at least 1,000 CZK, you get FREE shipping. We will cover the cost of transportation for you. If you pay for the goods by credit card or bank transfer, you will no longer incur additional costs for cash on delivery. If you buy for less than CZK 1,000, you have the option of shipping from CZK 55. Free shipping applies only to the territory of the Czech Republic. When will we deliver the goods to you?
Goods in stock
If we have the goods you have selected in stock, the specific day on which we are most likely to deliver the goods will be shown in the details of the goods . If you order goods in stock before 09:00 a.m., we will ship them the next day after your order (with the exception of Saturdays and Sundays and national holidays) and your package will be delivered to you within two working days from the day of your order. If you order after 09:00, we will send your package within two working days and deliver it within three working days of your order. These data apply to cash on delivery or online payment by card. In the case of advance payment from your bank account, the delivery period is extended by the days it will take until we receive your payment to our account.
Transport options Czech Republic
- Czech Post - package delivered to hand - postage is CZK 90 ( shipment insurance is included in its full amount). You can track the shipment here .
- Czech Post – Balíkovna – postage is CZK 80. The shipment will be delivered to you at the delivery point of Balíkovna. You can track the shipment here .
- Post office delivery point - shipping fee is 75 CZK . You can have the shipment sent to one of the delivery points throughout the Czech Republic. At most branches, cash on delivery can be paid by card.
- GLS courier service - transport fee is CZK 85. The courier service will deliver the package to your home or work.
- GLS delivery points - transport fee is CZK 55 . You can have the shipment sent to one of the delivery points throughout the Czech Republic. At most branches, cash on delivery can be paid by card.
Have the package sent to your home or delivery point?
GLS usually delivers between 9am and 5pm . If you do not live at home, choose a work address.
If you choose Czech Post and you will not be at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a message for you and you will pick up the package at the post office.
You can pick up your package at the delivery points of Zásilkovna and GLS for a period of seven days. You will receive notification of shipment receipt from the carrier by e-mail and SMS.
