Round amber beads for children, color cognac

According to European folk traditions, especially in the Baltic countries, amber beads have been placed around children's necks for teething pain for centuries. Since ancient times, people have believed that amber is also a very effective protective stone. Amber contains aromatic substances that are released by heat, so it is recommended to wear it on bare skin or expose the beads to the sun's rays. It then supplies the body with energy.

Amber beads for children are made of natural round polished amber, have a screw cap made of polyresin (i.e. nickel-free) and each bead is secured separately with a knot in case of breakage (beads do not all fall out). This particular type of round pieces of amber, polished almost to the appearance of natural beads, is often called "baroque" because these shapes were very popular in jewelry during the baroque period.

Important safety notice: the amber beads are not for children to play with, so we strongly recommend not letting children play with or bite the necklace. Despite all the locking safety features on the beads, there may be a danger of swallowing the bead if it breaks. Children should always wear beads only in the presence of adults, therefore never leave children alone with beads without the active supervision of an adult.
