Cedar fragrance is used to make perfumes. The essential oil is obtained from cedar wood (Cedrus).

It is part of, for example, a mixture of essential oils for the 1st chakra.

Sage is used in the form of tea for urinary tract problems, mouthwashes and gastrointestinal disorders, in the form of lozenges and confectionery for sore throats. The essential oil is obtained from the leaves of sage (Salvia officinalis L., from the family Lamiaceae). Dried or fresh leaves are also used as a spice to flavor dishes.
Internal use is contraindicated in pregnant and lactating women.

Pour water into the bowl of the aroma lamp and drip a few drops of oil into it, approx. 5 - 10. If the aroma is not intense enough, it can be added gradually. A wide selection of aroma lamps can be found here.
