The April full moon is called the Sprouting Grass Moon , also known as the Pink Moon . It will occur on April 13th at 2:21 AM Central European Time. It is associated with renewal, growth, and a new beginning. Nature awakens, trees and flowers bloom, birds nest, everything sprouts, as well as our intentions, plans, projects, and dreams.

Ritual tip for the waxing full moon - to promote growth and new beginnings

What you will need:

• A candle, ideally white, green or pink.

• Paper and pencil.

• Crystal – e.g. green aventurine or rose quartz.

• A bowl of water or a flower in a pot.

Procedure

• Find a quiet place where no one will disturb you, light a candle.

• Take a piece of paper and write: “What do I want to plant and grow in my life?” Write everything down: whether it’s relationships, work, health, energy…

• Hold the paper in your hand and imagine these intentions slowly "awakening" like seeds that begin to germinate in the spring.

• Place the crystal (aventurine or rose quartz) on the paper and say out loud or in your mind: "I am ready to grow. Everything I sow with love sprouts in due time. I open myself to new life, new possibilities."

• You can symbolically plant the paper in a flower pot, as if you were putting your intentions into the ground.

• Give thanks to the full moon, its energy, nature, and yourself. Let the candle burn out or extinguish it to end the ritual.

Affirmations are positive statements that we repeat or write down. The purpose is to strengthen our thinking, self-confidence and thus support the achievement of goals.
