These coin hinges are often hung on door handles, in the hallway or in the entrance areas. They are to radiate an atmosphere of happiness and abundance, so that the wealth of the inhabitants and guests grows. Inner satisfaction leads to harmonious and peaceful coexistence in the house.

In China, "8" is the biggest lucky number. Because it has the shape of infinity, set 8 means infinite happiness.

The coin has been a classic symbol of happiness and prosperity in China for centuries. One coin represents this aspect as a whole. The knitted ribbon on coins gives us a very beautiful example of how we are entangled and intertwined with destiny and objects in this world. An interaction that also invites us to reflect on our mental well-being.

The knitted strip of coins is also meant to symbolically connect wealth with our destiny. It is a powerful symbol of happiness in our ever-changing world

When coins are used in Feng Shui, they are a sign of the harmony of the "Heavenly Man".

For many centuries, Chinese coins have been (and still are) a much sought-after symbol of prosperity and wealth. The Chinese coin itself has an interesting design and display; because it is round, with a square hole in the center, it is said to be a representation of the Earth surrounded by heaven. For this reason, when used by humans, they are a sign of the "Heaven-Earth-Man" harmony.

The coin has two sides: the Yang side, which boasts four Chinese signs of the emperor's government, and the Yin side, which has 2 characters. Coins are usually tied on a red or gold string according to favorable Chinese numbers, each with its own meaning: three (harmony of heaven, earth and humanity), five (symbolism of protection from danger), six (symbolism of happiness in heaven) or nine ( the whole universe).
