Important information about the delivery time in the run-up to Christmas

we would like to point out that as of November 30, 2017, there has been a significant extension of the shipping time for practically all carriers. Instead of the normal delivery time of 2 working days, the delivery time in some locations of the Czech Republic is now in the range of 7 to 9 days, this mainly applies to shipments by the carriers DPD and Czech Post.

In order to be sure that your package will arrive on time, we recommend that you avoid transport via Uloženka, DPD and Czech Post and the method of payment by bank transfer . Choose the optimal PPL carrier and cash on delivery payment method.

Only with this combination of shipping and payment, if you order from us until 12/12/2017 inclusive, there is a certain certainty that your package will be delivered before Christmas. We are no longer able to guarantee delivery by Christmas for orders received from 13 December 2017.

At the same time, we would like to point out that we are unable to influence the transport time in any way , from the moment we hand over your package to the carrier, you should contact the relevant carrier in case of emergencies.
