A pendulum is a tool that can be used to interpret its movements to find answers to various questions. It is a traditional aid in decision-making, assessment, and supports intuition.

Rudraksha is the name for the seeds of the Elaeocarpus ganitrus tree, which are used for prayer beads in Hinduism and Buddhism. The name comes from Sanskrit and is a combination of the names Rudra (Shiva) and aksha (tears). The tree grows in the foothills of the Himalayas to Southeast Asia, in Nepal, Indonesia, New Guinea and beyond. Legend has it that Shiva, after a long meditation, shed a tear from which the tree was born. Wearing rudraksha "beads" provides protection, reflects negative energy, suppresses stress. It is traditionally used to balance the mind, emotions and create the right environment for meditation to lead to achieving desired goals in life, to relieve stress and tension, to heal the body and to induce positive changes.
