Stand for fragrant cones with flowing smoke Buddha
An attractive ceramic stand in the form of a Buddha statue above a lotus pond, specially designed for burning fragrant fragrant cones with the effect of so-called flowing smoke. The Buddha in Feng Shui is a symbol of happiness, wisdom, enlightenment, abundance, prosperity and brings positive energy. Size approx. 12 x 10 x 9 cm, weight approx. 300 g, material: ceramic. Scented cones are not included in the delivery. Warning: always place the stand on a suitable surface, never place it directly on furniture or other thing you care about.
When burning incense cones with so-called back-flowing smoke, an effect is created in this stand, which resembles a flowing waterfall, gradually "falling" thanks to the holes in the incense burner to its bottom. The burning cone creates smoke - smoke that is heavier than air after burning. Smoke passes through the openings of the stand and thus creates the effect of "flowing smoke".
The Buddha, awakened, enlightened, is a being in Buddhism who has attained perfect realization, so-called enlightenment. Such beings are freed from the so-called three poisons of the mind, ie ignorance, anger and greed, and from suffering. The essence of being for them are the characteristic features of being, which means dissatisfaction, instability and insignificance.
The Buddha touching the Earth is the most common depiction in Thai temples. The Buddha sits cross-legged, with his left hand in his lap and his right hand touching the ground. This position is known as the "earth of the witness" mudra, also the "calling of the earth as a witness," and it is the definition of the moment of enlightenment for the Buddha.
According to legend , after six years of meditation under the Bodhi tree (the leaves of the sacred fig tree), Prince Siddharta was on the verge of enlightenment. At that moment, Mara, the demon of illusions, arrived, trying to discourage Siddharta from taking the last steps to enlightenment. Siddharta meditated all night to overcome the fear and temptation sent by Mara. Mary sent his daughters to Siddhart to divert his attention from the path to enlightenment. However, with a single hand gesture, Siddharta transformed Mara's daughters into old women. Subsequently, Siddharta attained enlightenment and became a fully awakened Buddha.
