Buddha

A beautiful statue of Buddha holding a bowl of nectar. Symbolism: Buddha brings knowledge to people, is a symbol of health. The figurine is made of a mixture of crushed alabaster and resin. The height is approx. 9 cm.

He is usually depicted with blue skin, right hand extended, resting on knee, fingers pointing upwards, palm facing forward. In his left hand, the Buddha holds a bowl of herbs. Tibetans believe that the Buddha brings knowledge of medicine to people, and in fact, the right hand that points outwards means "bestowing blessings" on humanity.

The Buddha is worshiped by health seekers and is more common in the Buddhist temples and communities of Nepal and Tibet.

The Buddha (Sanskrit: Bhaisajyagura) represents an aspect of the historical Shakyamuni Buddha. His visualization is a blue skin color, like lapis lazuli. In his right hand he usually holds a branch of myrobalán plum tree (also known as pins), in his left hand he holds a bowl filled with nectar. It represents an excess of the three "poisons": attachment, hatred and ignorance. These negative states of mind lead to disturbances in the energy flowing in the body and thus physical and mental symptoms of illness arise.

Buddha, translated as awakened, enlightened, is a being in Buddhism who has achieved perfect realization, the so-called enlightenment. Such beings are freed from the so-called three poisons of the mind, i.e. ignorance, anger and greed, and from suffering. The essence of being for them is the characteristic features of being, which means unsatisfactoriness, impermanence and insubstantiality.

Where to place the statue in the interior?

Buddha in Feng Shui is a symbol of happiness, wisdom, enlightenment, abundance, prosperity and brings positive energy.
The statuette is placed according to its meaning. It is generally recommended to place the statue at least a few centimeters from the ground, opposite the entrance door. The figurine is supposed to ward off negative energy penetrating the house.
The Buddha must be treated with respect. If you caress the Buddha's belly, you will support its purpose, which is to amplify positive energy, fulfill wishes and desires, always be in a good mood and ward off bad luck.

Do you want to enhance the favorable effect of the Buddha statue on your home? Don't forget to smoke the Buddha regularly with incense sticks: incense sticks
