Necklaces called Curb are made up of flattened links that overlap each other. They are very distinctive and are appreciated especially by men. This style is typical for massive necklaces. A variation is Cuban chains or necklaces. The difference is that in the Cuban type there is less space between the links, they overlap a larger area, the links are rather round with thicker walls, which gives a more robust appearance. The Curb type looks a little more subtle, the links are flattened.
