Shiva Lingam

Shiva Lingam - in India, the stone of protection and support according to Indian traditions awakens and activates all chakras from the root to the crown, it combines male and female energy.

This stone comes from India, from the Narmado River, which is a tributary of the Ganges. The stones are collected from the riverbed during the dry season. They range in size from less than 2 cm small stones to stones 25-30 cm in size. The elongated shape and alternating color areas are characteristic. The chemical composition is Jasper with impurities, ie fossilized river mud. Hardness - 7.

The name is a combination of the word lingam , meaning phallus, and refers to the ovoid shape of the stone (it is manually polished to balanced proportions). This form in Tantra embodies masculine energy, dynamism and knowledge. Shiva is a Hindu god and the stone is worshiped as his incarnation. The colored areas on the stone are called yoni and represent feminine energy, wisdom and intuition.

Mystical qualities: Shiva Lingam is the "stone of kundalini energy" for the Indians. Indians have believed for centuries that the Shiva lingam robs and activates the major energy centers (chakras) from the root to the crown, and because it combines male and female energy to form a harmonious unity, it is used in Indian folk medicine to suppress male surplus ( yang) energy. Those who practice yoga or meditate often use this stone to attain Sidha , a special form of strength and desire. The female part of Shiva Lingala 's energy stimulates the male part of the energy to create.

In Feng Shui , Shiva Lingam is traditionally used for energy orientation - for example, you can hang it over the stairs opposite the door so that energy does not escape up into the space. Or you can place him in a house in such a place that his energy will flow to all corners and create a protective, pleasant and supportive environment.

Shiva Linham is said to be an excellent stone for people who have had a rough childhood. It helps them process memories and heal wounds and feelings that they were not loved enough (especially by their mother). It is said to help them fill this void with a sense of protection and support. It is said that it is a stone that generally harmonizes and balances the mind.

Usage: In India, it is said that Shiva Lingam is a stone of the physical body that activates the energy of the kundalini. As a result, it is said to improve sexuality;

The description of the alleged properties of the stone, which do not relate to its chemical and physical properties, is given on the basis of generally disseminated and generally available information on traditional folk use of stone, which is not verified by science, and therefore is not a proposal to conclude a purchase contract under Act 89/2012 Coll.
