The last day for orders with a guarantee of delivery by Christmas is Tuesday 15 December 2020
Dear customers,
if you want to ensure delivery of your package by 23/12/2020, we recommend that you follow our recommendations, which are based on the current situation with individual carriers:
1. Definitely do not choose delivery via Zásilkovna , deliveries to some cities are significantly delayed and many Zásilkovna delivery points are full
2. The situation with Czech Post varies from city to city, however, if you order goods no later than 15/12/2020, we are confident that the post office will deliver your package by Christmas
3. So far, the PPL courier service is delivering relatively well
Regarding the payment for the goods, definitely do not choose to pay by bank transfer, optimally make an immediate payment by online payment card when completing the order, it is fast, safe and reliable.
If you choose advance payment by bank transfer, we do not guarantee delivery by Christmas.
If you choose delivery by Courier, we do not guarantee delivery by Christmas.
In no case do we guarantee delivery by Christmas in the case of shipping to Slovakia.
The situation with individual carriers is described according to the reality on 14 December 2020 at 11:00 a.m., it may change as the Christmas date approaches.
