Valerian is a supportive plant that is used to promote restful sleep, against insomnia, to relieve stress, tension, anxiety, neurosis, irritation and depression, in the form of tincture (valetian drops, Tinctura valeriana), solution, tea, or in the form of tablets.

The sticks are made by hand, closed at one end with hand-made Lokta paper and bast paper.

Use: Place the stick in a stand, light it, blow it out after a few seconds and let it simmer. Never leave a lighted stick unattended, protect from children.
