The promotion "We are giving away a thousand wristbands" is limited from October 17, 2016 to December 18, 2016 or until supplies of free wristbands are exhausted, if this condition occurs before the official end date of the promotion.
Rules for getting a free bracelet:
The condition for obtaining a free bracelet is the purchase of goods at www.nefertitis.cz in the value of 500 CZK, this value does not include the cost of shipping and possible cash on delivery. This means, for example, that you need to buy goods for 500 CZK + the cost of shipping, for example, a deposit of 55 CZK.
Method of delivery of the bracelet for free:
If you meet the conditions for receiving a free bracelet - i.e. purchase goods for at least CZK 500, the bracelet will be automatically added to your order during the ordering process with the indication that it is a gift.
Important notices:
- none of the bracelets for this event are practically the same in terms of color or composition of stones, all images of the bracelets are only illustrative , so it is not possible to request, for example, the sending of an absolutely identical bracelet as shown in our photos or advertising messages. We reserve the right, in the event of rapid depletion of stocks of 1,000 bracelets, to either end this promotion prematurely or replace the illustrated bracelets with a different type of bracelet, but always with a retail price of at least CZK 150.
- the "We are giving away a thousand bracelets" promotion cannot be combined with general promotional discounts , discount codes for registered customers or VIP personal discount codes for customers with repeated purchases or discount codes for registering on our e-shop. In case you have a valid discount code from us, it is necessary to choose whether you want the bracelet for free or apply the discount. This does not apply to purchases of goods over CZK 2,500 , when we will also send you a free bracelet in addition to any discount.
- in the event of the return of goods purchased from us in accordance with paragraph 6 of the amendment to the Civil Code No. 367/2000 within the legal period of 14 days, when we will deliver a free gift - a bracelet to the goods, the buyer acknowledges the fact that if they are with the goods gifts are provided, the gift contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded with the condition that if the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract is used according to § 53, paragraph 7 of the Civil Code z., the gift contract ceases to be effective and the buyer is obliged to return the provided gift - i.e. the bracelet that is the subject of this promotion - together with the returned goods. If the bracelet is not returned, its value will be understood as unjust enrichment of the buyer.
