Feng Shui - elements
The word Feng Shui means "wind and water". The winds are taken from the sky, the waters from the earth. Feng Shui represents the flow of energy over time and determines the state of balance between a person and the energy of qi (biological vital force, which forms the essence of e.g. traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture), or the five elements of nature, i.e. wood, metal, fire, water and earth.
The qi energy circulating in the human body is divided into controlling qi (yin - qi), which nourishes the body's organs, and protective qi (wei-chi), which protects the surface of the body.
In a healthy body, the qi circulation is undisturbed and the ratio of yin and yang is harmonious. Restoring the flow of chi energy through individual pathways (meridians) is the essence of acupuncture or acupressure.
The whole teaching of Feng Shui is based on:
the flow of chi energy, which is omnipresent and has a direct effect on our health and vitality,
the pentagram of the elements, which indicates the life element of a person, affects the harmony between people and the harmony of space,
the Pa-Kua scheme, i.e. a system with the help of which it is possible to recognize the causes of all problems. The individual objects with which we surround ourselves, their distribution in space, etc., speak about the quality of life of each of us,
the time factor, when everything around us is in constant motion, everything takes place in different time cycles, where each cycle has its own specific energy.
What are Yin and Yang energies?
Ying and Yang are two universal life forces , mutually inseparable, interacting and influencing opposites. Jin energy is seen as intuitive, passive and provides quiet spiritual power. Yang is life energy that is active, dynamic and spirited. It provides the power of physical energy. Together they should create positive energy and be in harmony.
Projective stones - they give their owner energy, they radiate male yang energy to the surroundings, which personifies reason, creative power and breakthrough. The stones are cleaned and recharged by the energy of the sun's rays. Bracelets made of projective stones are worn on the right wrist.
Receptive stones - reduce stress, induce calmness and a sense of harmony. They radiate feminine yin energy to the surroundings, which personifies subtle feminine strength and empathy. The stones are cleansed and recharged by the energy of the moonlight. Bracelets made of receptive stones are worn on the left wrist.
